Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Opened, used or partially used grout repair products cannot be returned for resale, hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Do not send items back without return approval. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address after your return request has been reviewed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, refund or other remedy in line with your statutory rights.

We are not responsible for poor results, surface damage, colour mismatch or application issues caused by incorrect surface preparation, unsuitable surfaces, incorrect application, excessive water exposure before curing, or failure to follow the product instructions.
