We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery Time

Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, stock availability, fulfilment delays or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Standard UK delivery: £3.95

Free UK delivery on orders over £35.

Fulfilment

Orders may be fulfilled by Lenvor Trade Ltd, our logistics partners or by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment.

Your parcel may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging or packaging used by one of our fulfilment partners.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return or re-delivery costs from any refund, unless the issue was caused by us.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

This helps us investigate the issue with the courier or fulfilment provider.

International Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

This shipping policy does not affect your statutory rights.
